This postal service is aimed to deliver within 2-5 working days but may take longer. We guarantee to dispatch in-stock items on the same day (Monday to Friday) if you order before 5 pm. This delivery method is not available for orders that contain items with batteries.

Evri Standard Tracked: £2.99

This reliable courier service aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. This option provides detailed tracking to your doorstep, including a 2-hour delivery window. We guarantee to dispatch in-stock items on the same day (Monday to Friday) if you order before 5 pm.
Evri Express Tracked: £3.99
Estimated delivery time: 1 to 2 working days
This reliable courier service aims to deliver within 1-2 working days. This option provides detailed tracking to your doorstep, including a 2-hour delivery window. We guarantee to dispatch in-stock items on the same day (Monday to Friday) if you order before 5 pm.
DPD Tracked Next Working Day: £6.99
Estimated delivery time: Next working day when ordered before 6 pm Monday to Thursday
DPD Next Working Day Parcel guarantees next working day delivery when ordered before 6 pm (Monday to Thursday) and provides a comprehensive tracking system, including a 1-hour delivery window and a 'You're next' notification when the driver is 10 minutes away. Excluding Bank Holidays. This option will take two days for the Northern Highlands, Northern Ireland and other distant areas.
International Delivery

Royal Mail International Sort: From £3.50
Estimated delivery time: 4 to 10 working days
A low-cost, reliable international posting service, suitable for your less urgent orders. This service is untracked and is usually delivered within 4-10 working days, or up to 20 working days (depending on location).
DHL International Air Express: From £14.95
Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 working days working days
Your item will receive priority handling, and benefit from a full online tracking facility so you can check your mail’s progress along the way. Usually takes 1-3 working days.
Contactless Delivery

Please note:
1. The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only, Fonomania.co.uk are not responsible if this varies.
2. All deliveries will require a signature on the receipt, apart from those delivered using the Royal Mail services (UK). However, where the value of your total order exceeds £100 or/and includes a high-value item – such as a SIM Free phone – then your delivery options will be restricted to a ‘Guaranteed Next Day ’ or ‘Express’ service as detailed above.
3. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
4. Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings.
5. When signing for a delivery you are accepting the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.
6. If goods are returned to Fonomania.co.uk because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send goods.
7. All transactions will be subject to UK VAT. You are advised to place orders with a shipping destination outside of the EU using the above shipping options (which also operate within some non-EU territories e.g. Jersey & Guernsey – VAT-free zones outside of normal UK and CE trade tariffs); in doing so you agree to accept the VAT levied against your purchase.
8. We can only class a parcel as lost after the order has been shipped and the following timeframe has passed:
a - Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail 1st Class Saver (24) and Evri Standard Tracked - After 12 working days.
b - DPD - After the courier has verified the parcel is lost through their tracking systems.
c - Royal Mail International Sort - EU - up to 20 working days and ROW up to 25 working days.
d - DHL International Air Express - After the courier has verified the parcel is lost through their tracking systems.
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Orders sent outside of the European Community
All orders sent outside of the UK and EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and may be subject to local customs import duty which is charged on the value of the purchase. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer. For example, customs duty must be paid on all orders over $200 when shipped to the United States.
Payment of the duty charge is necessary for the release of your order from customs on arrival to your country.
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Refusal to pay charges – Returns Policy
If you refuse to pay any import duty levied against your shipment, resulting in the shipment being returned to Fonomania.co.uk, then all related returns charges plus a minimum administration charge of £5.00 (or equivalent currency at the current exchange rate) will be charged against your final refund amount.
Order Tracking
Following your purchase online, Fonomania.co.uk will send you an email confirmation to acknowledge your order and again when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. The email address used will be the one you provided at the point of purchase or stored within your ‘My Account’ profile.

2. Delivery via DPD Next Working Day will take two days for the Northern Highlands, Northern Ireland and other distant areas. For DPD deliveries, we guarantee to dispatch in-stock items on the same day (Monday to Friday) if you order before 6 pm. Please note DPD only delivers Monday-Friday.
3. Please note delivery times may be affected during National Bank Holidays.
